Terms of sale
Once the order has been placed by the customer, BF MOUNTAIN SHOP will receive a communication via e-mail, indicating the relative order confirmation number and the summary of the items and any shipping costs.
For purchases over 99.00 euros, shipping costs are free.
The return is free for expenses of any amount.
Free shipping is valid only for national shipments in Italy.
The acceptance of the order is at the discretion of the BF MOUNTAIN company.
The customer is required to check the description, the quantity of items, the prices and the shipping address, promptly reporting any discrepancies.
The images of the items are indicative, BF MOUNTAIN reserves the right to modify any typing errors by informing the customer in time in case of an order.
Immediately after the SDA courier has taken the package, we will inform the customer via e-mail indicating the number of the transport document.
Terms of payment
The prices of the items displayed in our online shop are VAT included .
BF MOUNTAIN reserves the right to change prices without notice, while orders already confirmed will not change.
The payment methods are:
- Advance bank transfer after receipt of our order confirmation.
- Credit card
- Payment in cash on delivery with a surcharge of 4 euros for any amount (cash on delivery)
Transport and delivery
The goods will be delivered by the SDA courier.
With the exception of the BFcontestFranchetti Calendar, sent by ordinary mail.
After verifying the payment, your order will start.
Delivery times are typically 1-2 business days. In Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia, Venice, Valle d'Aosta the service takes about 72 hours .
You can check the delivery times in your city more precisely on the SDA website .
At any time you can ask them about your shipment with the code that we will send by e-mail.
SDA does not deliver on public holidays.
So on Saturday the couriers do not deliver, but allow you, in the morning, to collect your package by going to the SDA office in your city.
The SDA courier will try to deliver your package in two attempts if they don't find you on the first step.
Subsequently, the package will go into storage : in this case we will notify you by e-mail explaining how to collect it. The costs of the storage and the respective costs of new delivery are borne by the customer.
Upon delivery of the goods, check the integrity of the packages and the quantitative correspondence with what is indicated on the transport document (DDT).
In case of discrepancy, report the problem within three days to BF MOUNTAIN SHOP by e-mail at: email@example.com
If the goods are damaged, follow the same procedure.
Any notification beyond 3 days will not be taken into consideration.
For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is written.
In case of closure for holidays or holidays, the shipment of parcels will be suspended until reopening.
It is still possible to make purchases and check the actual delivery times from the banner on the home page.
Warranty and assistance
All products purchased from us are covered by a 24 month warranty .
Simply if there are any problems, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org : we are at your disposal.
Only in the event of a defective item, the buyer has the right to have it replaced with an item of equal or equal value within 10 days from the date of receipt, communicating the problem in detail via email and, if necessary, with explanatory photos.
The object must be returned in its intact packaging (with all tags, if any), complete with all its parts and without any sign of tampering, packed with care.
Right of withdrawal of purchase
If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can withdraw from the purchase (as per Legislative Decree 206/2005 | Consumer Code and subsequent amendments and additions) with a refund of the amount spent.
Notify us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com containing all the information necessary and useful for the correct processing of the return and refund procedure.
The request for withdrawal must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Products without tags and/or labels will not be accepted.

The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
Size or Item Replacement Service
If the item that has just arrived is not the right size or you simply want to exchange it for another one, fear not: we will replace it!
- Check on the site and choose what you would like as a replacement (smaller size, larger size, other colour, other article…).
- Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the item in the colour, size and price you wish to return and then specify the item in the colour, size and price you would like in exchange.
- You will receive a reply email explaining how to pay any price differences.
- The "new" article starts immediately. When the courier delivers it to you, you return the old one: we are very fast.
NB: the request for replacement must be carried out within one week of receipt of the goods .
