Conditions of sale

Once the order has been placed by the customer, BF MOUNTAIN SHOP will receive a communication via email, indicating the relevant order confirmation number and a summary of the items and any shipping costs.

For purchases over 79.00 euros, shipping costs are free.
The return is free for expenses of any amount.

Free shipping is valid only for national shipments in Italy.

Acceptance of the order is at the discretion of the BF MOUNTAIN company.
The customer is required to check the description, quantity of items, prices and shipping address and promptly report any discrepancies.
The images of the items are indicative, BF MOUNTAIN reserves the right to modify any typing errors by informing the customer in advance in the event of an order.

Immediately after the SDA courier has collected the package, we will inform the customer via e-mail indicating the transport document number.

Terms of payment

The prices of the items displayed in our online shop include VAT .
BF MOUNTAIN reserves the right to change prices without notice, while orders already confirmed will not undergo changes.

The payment methods are:

  • Advance bank transfer after receiving our order confirmation.
  • Paypal
  • Credit card
  • Cash on delivery with an increase of 4 euros for any amount (cash on delivery)

Transportation and delivery

The goods will be delivered by SDA or BRT courier.

After verifying the payment, your order will be sent.

Delivery times are generally 1-2 working days. In Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia, Venice, Valle d'Aosta the service takes approximately 72 hours .
You can check the delivery times of your city more precisely on the SDA website .
At any time you can ask them about your shipment with the code we will send via email.
SDA does not deliver on public holidays.
So on Saturdays the couriers do not deliver, but allow you, in the morning, to collect your package by going to the SDA office in your city.

The SDA courier will try to deliver your package in two attempts if they don't find you on the first pass.
The package will subsequently go into storage : in this case we will notify you via e-mail explaining how to collect it. The costs of the storage and the respective new delivery costs are borne by the customer.

Upon delivery of the goods, verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative correspondence with what is indicated on the transport document (DDT).
In case of discrepancies, report the problem within three days to BF MOUNTAIN SHOP via e-mail at: bfmountainshop@gmail.com
If the goods are damaged, follow the same procedure.
Any report after 3 days will not be taken into consideration.
For each declaration the customer assumes full responsibility for what is written.

In case of closure for holidays or holidays, the shipment of parcels will be suspended until reopening.
It is still possible to make purchases and check actual delivery times from the banner on the home page.

Warranty and assistance

All products purchased from us are covered by a 24 month warranty .

Simply if there are problems, contact us via email at bfmountainshop@gmail.com: we are at your disposal.

Only in the case of a defective item does the buyer have the right to a replacement with an item of the same or equal value within 10 days from the date of receipt, communicating the problem in detail via email and, if necessary, with explanatory photos.
The object must be returned in its intact packaging (with all possible tags), complete with all its parts and without any sign of tampering, carefully packaged.

Right of withdrawal of purchase

If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can withdraw from the purchase (as per Legislative Decree 206/2005 | Consumer Code and subsequent amendments and additions) with a refund of the amount spent.
Notify us by sending an email to bfmountainshop@gmail.com containing all the necessary and useful information for correct processing of the return and refund procedure.

The withdrawal request must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Used products without tags and/or labels will not be accepted

Size or Item Replacement Service

If the item that just arrived isn't the right size or you simply want to exchange it for another, don't worry: we'll replace it!

  1. Check the site and choose what you would like as a replacement (smaller, larger size, other colour, other item...).
  2. Send an email to bfmountainshop@gmail.com reporting the item in the color, size, price you return and then specify the item in the color, size, price you would like in exchange.
  3. You will receive a response email explaining how to pay any price differences.
  4. The “new” article starts immediately. When the courier delivers it to you, you return the old one: we are very fast.

NB: the replacement request must be made within one week of receipt of the goods . We do not accept items that you have used!
