Terms of sale
Once the order has been placed by the customer, BF MOUNTAIN SHOP will receive an email notification, indicating the order confirmation number and a summary of the items and any shipping costs.
For purchases over 79.00 euros, shipping costs are free.
Returns are free for any amount of expenses.
Free shipping is only valid for domestic shipments in Italy.
Acceptance of the order is at the discretion of the BF MOUNTAIN company.
The customer is required to verify the description, quantity of items, prices and shipping address, promptly reporting any discrepancies.
The images of the items are indicative, BF MOUNTAIN reserves the right to modify any typing errors by informing the customer in time in case of an order.
Immediately after the package has been collected by the SDA courier, we will inform the customer via email indicating the transport document number.
Payment Methods
The prices of the items displayed in our online shop include VAT .
BF MOUNTAIN reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, while orders already confirmed will not be subject to changes.
The payment methods are:
- Bank transfer in advance after receiving our order confirmation.
- Paypal
- Credit card
- Cash on delivery with a surcharge of 4 euros for any amount (cash on delivery)
For those who choose to pay by bank transfer, the payment details are:

Transport and delivery
The goods will be delivered by the courier SDA or BRT.
After verifying the payment, your order will be sent.
Delivery times are usually 1-2 working days. In Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia, Venice, Valle d'Aosta the service takes approximately 72 hours .
You can check the delivery times for your city more precisely on the SDA website .
At any time you can ask them for news about your shipment with the code that we will send via email.
SDA does not deliver on holidays.
So on Saturdays the couriers do not deliver, but they allow you, in the morning, to collect your package by going to the SDA office in your city.
The SDA courier will try to deliver your package in two attempts if they do not find you on the first pass.
The package will then be put into storage : in this case we will notify you by email explaining how to collect it. The costs of storage and the respective new delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon delivery of the goods, check the integrity of the packages and the quantitative correspondence with what is indicated on the transport document (DDT).
In case of discrepancy, report the problem within three days to BF MOUNTAIN SHOP by email to: bfmountainshop@gmail.com
If the goods are damaged, follow the same procedure.
Any reports received after 3 days will not be taken into consideration.
For each declaration the customer assumes full responsibility for what is written.
In case of closure for holidays or festivities, the shipment of packages will be suspended until reopening.
It is still possible to make purchases and check the actual delivery times from the banner on the home page.
Warranty and assistance
All products purchased from us are covered by a 24 month warranty .
Simply if there are any problems, contact us by email at bfmountainshop@gmail.com: we are at your disposal.
Only in the case of a defective item, the buyer has the right to a replacement with an item of equal or equal value within 10 days of receipt, communicating the problem in detail via email and, if necessary, with explanatory photos.
The item must be returned in its intact packaging (with all tags), complete with all its parts and without any signs of tampering, carefully packaged.
Right of withdrawal from purchase
If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can withdraw from the purchase (as per Legislative Decree 206/2005 | Consumer Code and subsequent amendments and additions) with a refund of the amount spent.
Please notify us by sending an email to bfmountainshop@gmail.com containing all the information necessary and useful for the correct processing of the return and refund procedure.
The request for withdrawal must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Used products, without tags and/or labels will not be accepted

The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
Size or Item Replacement Service
If the item you just received is not the right size or you simply want to exchange it for another, don't worry: we will replace it!
- Check the site and choose what you would like in exchange (smaller size, larger size, different color, different item…).
- Send an email to bfmountainshop@gmail.com indicating the item in the color, size, price you are returning and then specify the item in the color, size, price you would like in exchange.
- You will receive a reply email explaining how to pay any price differences.
- The “new” item leaves immediately. When the courier delivers it to you, you return the old one: we are very fast.
NB: the replacement request must be made within one week of receiving the goods . We do not accept items that you have used!
