#MAP IT! The competition / game of summer 2021!
For this summer 2021 BF Mountain offers the new contest/game: #MAP IT!
From June 15th to September 15th "map" with your GPS (mobile phone, watch, navigator) a path that you invent or that already exists that you can share on our social networks and on the site. In this way, others will also be inspired by your journey and will experience a new adventure! Here is the REGULATION:
How does it work?
Take a city or mountain route, you can do it by bike or running or walking or in a wheelchair (for example also jolette ). The important thing is that it is not a mechanical vehicle with an engine. There are no limits to the imagination! Do you want to do one part on a bike, one part running and another part on a skateboard? Or swimming? No problem! The important thing is that you will specify it when you send the itinerary!
Where should I share it?
On your social profile Facebook or Instagram by tagging @bfmountain or @bfmountainshop and using the hashtag #mappala or if you don't have social networks, send everything to the mobile number 3479770595 or by e-mail to bfmountainshop@gmail.com
We will share them ALL on our social networks mentioning the author!
What do I have to share?
The map of the route created by your gps, some photos (two or three) taken in the meantime, how it was done (walking, running, etc) and, if possible, some data of the route (time, distance and height difference). You can use any program or app you like. Many use STRAVA, or ADIDAS RUNNING or whatever you use. Also Wikiloc. The important thing is to have a link to share where people can take/download the layout.
But are there any prizes?
AVOJA! All participants will have a #MAPPALA t-shirt and at the end of the duration of the competition there will be a live extraction on the BF Mountain social channels (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube) like fishing for the superenalotto style leaflet and the name that will come will win one night + breakfast for two in a beautiful farmhouse in the heart of the Majella National Park. How do I get the shirt? And if I'm from a region far away from BF Mountain, how can I take advantage of the prize?
The highest percentage of BF Mountain SHOP followers and customers live in the Lazio and Abruzzo region. The shirt can only be picked up at the store. If you want it to be shipped, the costs are the responsibility of the recipient. If the winner of the draw is really too far from the Majella (e.g. Lombardy or Calabria) we will do our best to find a structure close to your area.
We want everyone from around the WORLD to participate! Hehehe
What will we not consider valid for the purposes of the competition?
Routes such as "around the neighborhood" or a walk in the center to go shopping will not be considered VALID! The intention of the #MAPPALA contest is for you to share some sporting activity routes that we like or that we have created so that someone else can do it in turn! You can only share one route so as not to clog up your social media pages too much! So choose it well!
In conclusion!
We know that there is STRAVA, WIKILOC and a bunch of other sites/apps. But one more doesn't hurt! And then win the #MAPPALA shirt! And then we can share our adventures on the BF MOUNTAIN social channels! Yu-uuuuu!
